I book an appointment at 13:00 because it is when I got my break from work, I got there at 12:50 and 13:05 the guy told me I had to wait another 15 mi...nutes, so I left and went to another barber just 2 minutes walking and I had a much better experience. What’s the point of having a booking system if you do not check it and do not respect it? Show more

Not a great experience. The barber was unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about comfort the blade kept touching my ears, and he even poked my eye at o...ne point. The haircut didn’t match what I asked for and was uneven, despite me pointing it out. At payment, I was charged an extra £3 for booking through the app because I “didn’t wait,” even though the shop was nearly empty when I arrived. If there had been a queue, I’d understand but there wasn’t. Overall, poor service and I won’t be returning Show more

I don’t know whether it’s the fault of the Booksy app or the salon staff, but I wasn’t informed about the change of the barber I had selected due to h...is absence from work. I think that’s unfair, as the whole point of choosing is to have a choice. Another issue is cleanliness — or rather, the lack of it. Once again, the chair was "cleaned" with a hairdryer. There was a mess of hair on the floor around the chair I sat in, left from previous clients. And finally, there’s the £3 fee added to the bill for bookings made through the Booksy app — something not mentioned anywhere on their pages. And no, it’s not about the money, but yet another strange surprise. The salon used to be really decent, but either it lacks a good manager or someone doesn’t understand customer needs. Show more
