Haircuts given to me are always of high quality, however I booked an appointment for 16.15 for my regular haircut on the weekend. I arrived at the bar...bers at 16.14, and i thought it was shut. Hi Zishan I’m really sorry to read this, especially as you’ve always been a valued regular customer I’d like to clarify that the shop was open on 27th July which was ur last appointment with me and I was working until around 5:30 pm. Your 4:15 appointment slot was held for you, but when you didn’t arrive, I took another customer I have CCTV proof showing the shop was open, so I’m honestly not sure where the misunderstanding came from. I truly value your loyalty and the positive feedback you’ve given about our haircuts in the past, and I’d love to clear this up with you directly.
