The single most relaxing treatment I have ever had! I had the Japanese head spa which was an hour long. I had a lovely therapist called Romana, who wa...s very friendly but professional. I would absolutely recommend not only the treatment, but the therapist as well. Well worth the money as you come out feeling so light. Thank you 😊 Show more

I recently visited for a massage and head spa treatment, and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Simran carried out my massage, and although she’...s incredibly small, she’s unbelievably powerful! I’m 6ft 5, so it takes a lot of strength to deliver a massage where you really feel the benefit, and Simran did exactly that – absolutely fantastic. The head spa was done by Ellie, who talked me through every step, explaining the process as we went along. It was so relaxing, and she made the whole experience feel personal and professional. The venue itself is spotless, beautifully set up, and really welcoming. On arrival, you’re offered a drink, and after your treatments you can choose from water, tea, coffee, or even a hot chocolate with marshmallows – I thought that was a lovely touch. Parking was simple too. I chose the West Quay Shopping Centre car park, just a five-minute walk away, which I found easier than trying to park on the high street. Overall, the whole experience was excellent – from the friendly welcome to the fantastic treatments. I left feeling refreshed and well looked after. Highly recommended! Show more

Had such an amazing experience on Thursday. Dumped and run with the kids on the first day back to school. 2 hours of pure relaxation, full body massag...e followed by Japanese head spa, which both were very delightful. Salon has beautiful decor, staff so friendly. Would highly recommend and will return again. Shame I didn’t get any photos . Show more

Me and my best friend came in today for the Japanese head spa! Wow is an understatement it was absolutely incredible! The overall salon was stunning ,... obsessed with all the decor, all off the staff were so friendly and welcoming! It was professional yet comfortable which we absolutely loved! The treatment was so relaxing and thorough, nearly fell asleep quite a few times, my scalp has never felt so clean and rejuvenated! It also included a facial and a neck and chest massage which felt amazing! We then had access to the blow dry bar that had hairdryers, straighteners and lots of lovely products to style our hair then continued our day! (Also had access to tea, coffee, water & biscuits)! Managed to get a parking space outside aswell! Cannot wait to come back hopefully again soon! ❤️🤍❤️ Thank you to the lovely ladies that did our treatments! Their names were Sharna & Esme! Show more

The massage was very detailed, and every muscle was thoroughly relaxed. The head spa was unique and incredibly stress-relieving. The before-and-after ...difference was clear — there’s no way I could have achieved such a clean and refreshed feeling on my own. After the massage, there were various combs and hair dryers available for use, all in a very clean environment. The only downside is that the place is by the street, so the noise from passing vehicles can be quite loud. Show more
