After training like an absolute trojan at Anvil Gym and being hit hard with DOMS, I was able to successfully book a ...sports massge with Ellis via the Booksy app. It was really simple to use. Ellis made me feel really relaxed, and he is a super chilled guy. I answered a few questions on a client consultation/record sheet, and then he asked if there were certain areas that were bothering me. Ellis was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his job. As he worked through the massage, he took the time to explain everything, why they were sore, and exactly how his techniques would help. I’ve had plenty of sports massage, but nothing compares to this. Some areas were so tight and tense, but Ellis worked his magic with skill and precision. It was intense (but in the best way), and by the end, I felt looser, more mobile, and genuinely relieved. I am even able to train again today! Thank you, Ellis! I’ll definitely be back.
