Went in for a full body MOT expecting a general sports massage, but Tom quickly tailored the session after I mentioned my lower back and shoulder pain.... He used a mix of techniques that really helped ease the tension and loosen things up. You can tell he knows his stuff — focused, attentive, and thorough. Left feeling much lighter and more mobile.
