Christian was very welcoming & polite. He asked what o wanted my hair to look like when finished. He explained every process as he went along, and wha...t products he was using as well. I was used to using some of the products & he suggested to try another fragrance of the product. So now I have purchased both. I feel i have purchased the shop by the weight of the bag. Still cheaper than buying at home as shipped from here to Canada, then shipped to me in America. I will continue in buying from my North American shop when needing more supplies in the future. A great day out & felt pampered & relaxed when I left the London Store. Show more

Ultimate Grooming Experience
I opted for the ultimate grooming experience this visit to Truefitt. We had been traveling from the US (on a flight I didn’t sleep well on), got the U...K earlier than expected and had to kill time before our hotel was ready and before this appointment. I went into the appointment feeling miserable. No sleep, no place to rest for a few minutes, etc. Gino made me feel comfortable, was very professional, accommodating, and polite. I left feeling like a million bucks and my attitude was completely different (just ask my wife). All that to say, I’d highly recommend the experience if you have the time and need the full treatment. I don’t normally like facial, but this was one great. I’m picky about my haircuts, and Gino cut it perfectly. Gino even took the time to help me do some shopping afterward. 10/10 would do again and will be back. Show more
