I woke up early, excitement had awoken me from my slumber. It was haircut day. My hair had started to look limp and in need of Jon’s magic, delicate (...yet manly) touch. My appointment wasn’t til 3:50, so I had no choice but to go about my day. I couldn’t concentrate, I couldn’t find the joy in anything. I just wanted Jon. Badly. The time came around, I sped to my appointment, walked eagerly down the stairs. There he was, Jon (and Sam, I think his name is). He didn’t ask what I wanted. He knew. He always knows. The conversation was effortless, he truly gets me. The cut was as if a thousand angels had nibbled at my hair and then gently blew the excess away. He held up the mirror. I never look at the results, I just look at Jon. That glorious bastard. I bid him farewell, already counting down the days til next time… Show more
