We’re glad you received a great haircut like you were hoping when booking a haircut. We find it a shame that learning where you’re from, how long you’ve been in London, how you’re finding London life compared to living in China, the flexibility of your work days as well as the days you conventionally work ( Wednesday- Sunday), the industry you work in and the part of which you specialise in not being sufficient for your needs and that you choose to focus your review on your lack of inclusion in a conversation with other barbers and frame it a lack of customer service, rather than the great haircut you did walk out with. We wish you luck finding a new barbershop
