Hi Leah, sorry you’re not happy with your son's haircut today, Ryan was struggling to provide his usual high quality work as your son was moving a lot and Ryan didn’t feel safe with using the clippers to do the job. Andrew has never been available on Wednesdays as it’s his day off so you would never have been able to book him. If you would like us to have a look at sorting any issues please book with Myself or Andrew and we will sort it with no extra charge.
