I booked for 1:15pm and selected whoever was available at that time. When I arrived, I was barely greeted and simply asked to sit down after mentionin...g my appointment. At first, I did not think much of it when five minutes passed, as delays have happened before, but as it went on to 10–15 minutes with no acknowledgment, I started to feel overlooked. I could see the team discussing my appointment at the till, but nobody communicated with me directly. I later received a text at 1:39pm stating my appointment had been moved to 1:30pm, which was confusing and frustrating as I was already there waiting. When I was eventually seen, the haircut itself was great (can't fault it), but the experience felt rushed. There were no greetings, no conversation, and no thank you at the end. It felt as though the priority was speed rather than care. While I cannot fault the end result, the lack of communication and courtesy was disappointing, especially given the premium prices charged. I have been coming here for nearly a year and, up until recently, have had mostly positive experiences. Unfortunately, the last few visits have not lived up to the standard I once expected, and this time in particular has left me feeling let down enough that I do not think I will be returning. I get it, one customer isn't exactly gonna be a miss but it is a shame, because the quality of the cuts is really good and I had had some wonderful interactions here in the past, but for the price, I believe the overall experience should consistently feel professional and welcoming, and it just felt so cold. I saw other people were having great experiences there though, so perhaps my experience was just a blip. Still, wasn't fun for me. Show more
