You came and asked for a burst fade and your hair to be really short due to hot weather, we’ve asked how much to take off and then prior to leaving ensured you are happy with your haircut as we aways do and asked again if it’s short enough and you answered it was perfect. Sorry to see that you were not satisfied afterwards. If you need any tips how to style it with a bit more volume we are happy to help. Thank you
