Overall not happy with the experience. The stylist appeared quite inexperienced especially with thick hair. On a couple of occasions another stylist ...had to assist which isn't an issue when advised of this prior to appointment. The haircut wasn't great, quite a few areas if longer bits and uneven. I did want layers but stopped her as wasn't confident they would be done correctly. I wanted my hair thinned out and they were not sure how to do this. I will need to go elsewhere to get what I wanted. Show more
