It was my first time visit to an eyelash specialist in UK, the specialist was nice, she added the requested volume, but she did not inform me before t...he appoitment that she won’t do infills if your lashes been done somewhere else before , only when I came to the salon she said she will have to take them off and put new set which obviously means extra charge. I asked for a longer lashes something similar I had previously , but she added shorter ones, although she agreed and she said she will do the length that I asked. She glued the eyelash extensions on the eyelids, which is harmful to the eyelashes, and now my eyes hurt for 2-3 hours. Show more

hi, the eyelashes are not glued to the eyelid, it is visible in the photo. We made a mega volume effect, in this effect, 6 or more eyelashes are glued to one natural eyelash. With this effect, there is more glue. there may be more glue fumes, so you may feel discomfort immediately after the visit. Rinse your eyes with water and wait 24 hours, if you still feel discomfort, come to me, I will check and fix what is bothering you.
