She’s quite timid and doesn’t enjoy being away from us in new environments, but they made ...her feel safe and comfortable right from the start. They were patient, gentle, and clearly experienced in working with nervous dogs. She came back looking beautiful, smelling fresh, and, most importantly, happy and relaxed.
