      Your nails will be filed, your cuticles will be soaked then pushed back and trimmed if needed, your hands and wrists will be scrubbed with a cleansing and smoothing Cuccio salt scrub, then they will be super nourished with a Cuccio butter leaving them nourished and feeling silky and not sticky. Then those oils get to nourish your nails as you're leaving them naked and beautifully natural.

      Cut and file, cuticle care then cuticle and nail oil application. A great express treatment to give your nails shape and nourishment. Its surprising how pushing your cuticles back and oiling them can encourage very healthy nails, it just takes about 3-4 months to see the results, because the new nail cells need to grow from the cuticle to the tip, they will be stronger and less flaky for sure.

      A reflexology treatment stimulates the reflexes in the feet to trigger self healing in the body. The body is mapped out on the feet. Your feet will be cleansed with hot mitts, cleansed energetically with a palo santo smudge, which allows your feet to be more open, then a relaxing massage to start, then we begin the diagnostics where we find energy blockages. Energy blockages can show themselves as crunchiness or bubble wrap popping or as a slight hardness or slight swelling or a mild bruising sensation. During your treatment you can be silent and drift into relaxation or ask questions. Often people ask, "Whats that bit?", It's really interesting to find out where your blockages are. At Spa Rituals you will have extra time taken on the areas of blockage to assist the body in self healing. Lemongrass essential oil blend is applied to the areas of blockage to help the breakdown of uric acid (that's what causes the crunchiness and popping).     • Reiki

      Reiki translates to life energy. Reiki is an energetic healing using universal energy that every living being is already connected to. A Reiki treatment channels more of that energy into you via the chakras of the Reiki practitioner. Some clients feel the energy, as a magnetic feeling or as heat or as a tingling sensation or sometimes all three at different times. Reiki heals on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The only time Reiki is not appropriate is to use it on a broken bone before it has been set back into the correct place (if that is needed). I am attuned to level 2. I did level one at the age of 19 and 2 at the age of 21, now 38 at the age of writing this I am interested in doing the master level but still don't feel quite ready to support other practitioners in this magnificent healing modality. I will place my hands on your chakras (I hover over the base chakra) and can often be able to tell you where blockages may be and what you can do to assist in further clearing after your treatment, I often go off-piste and am drawn to particular areas of the body that need some assistance. So all you need to do is let yourself drift away and see what comes up for you in your meditative state. There have never been two Reiki treatments the same, it's fascinating and magic, if it's your thing.

Spa Rituals is the best salon I've visited! I instantly relax when I get there and Claire is so lovely to chat to. I had a manicure, pedicure, brow wa...x and brow tint before my holiday... I didn't expect the nail polish to last as it's normal nail polish (not gel, acrylic, BIAB etc). However, nearly a week on and the manicure is perfect still! It has survived not only the usual tasks of washing dishes, bathing children etc, but also the sea, sand and swimming while I've been away on holiday. Claire uses non toxic products and the colours of polish are beautiful! I've also had a reiki session which was very relaxing and so worthwhile. I highly recommend going to Spa Rituals! Show more
