Mannerhaus is usually excellent, the service is great, and the staff are always friendly and skilled at what they do. Usually the vibe is on point but... on my last visit, I did feel the constant swearing from some staff took away from the usual great experience I’ve had before. I genuinely don’t usually mind the odd bit of strong language, but the frequency and also volume when projected across the shop was completely unnecessary. Show more
