While there is no fee for late arrivals , the lenght of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Time keeping - We are extremely busy and sometimes back to back with clients so please remember to always be on time with clean lashes. Make Up - Please ensure all eye-makeup is removed prior to your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge. Please arrive with clean lashes – If you require a demonstration of how to do this, please ask. We also stock affordable products that are safe to use with your eyelash extensions. Non - Refundable Booking Fee - A non-refundable booking fee is required for all full sets of eyelashes A £20 non-refundable booking fee will be taken at booking to secure the appointment slot and this will be deducted off your treatment price.
