Before this appointment you will be required to fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire so I can get to know you better and learn the specific issues you’re having with your gut. During the appointment we will discuss your conditions and symptoms in full and create a personalised plan for you to follow. We will make sure that the plan fits in with your lifestyle, work patterns and commitments. This service includes a 15 minute follow up 3 weeks after your first appointment to see how you are getting on and to see if we need to make any tweaks.
