Very poor service, in the place for 10 mins max, guy kept chatting to other colleagues and while i like a quiet haircut, this was ridiculous, no care..., no detail in haircut, just get the machines out and mow, i give my lawn more care, won't be back, Show more
Head Shave w/Clippers

Booked a beard trim and a haircut on Booksy and both services were €17 each. when I came in, I was asked what I wanted and I explained what I booked. ...Can’t fault the service but they then told me it was €41 and the guy made me feel my English was inadequate and was borderline racist in his approach on top of arguing the price. I paid and left but I wouldn’t go back. Ever Now I know they have replied to my review explaining what service I booked, which was not clearly described on their website. And that in no way explained the racist behaviour exhibited by the duty manager. Show more

Hi Eric, many thanks for your custom and for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate the feedback and would like to clarify on the below. We have looked into this with the manager on duty and would like to explain what had happened there. You had booked a Head Shave with Clippers on Booksy which would typically be a 0/1/2 all over, with no scissor work. The haircut you asked for was more intricate and more closely resembling a traditional haircut in our stores which explains the higher price. We apologies for any communication breakdown that occurred. We value your custom and feedback and hopefully look forward to another visit in the future.
