    Relaxing Massage - full body

The purpose of a relaxing massage, according to the name, is to calm the body and put it in a state of relaxation. This is an excellent form of therapy for almost everyone that allows to: - reduce muscle and nerve tension, - relax the mind, - get a feeling of complete relaxation and reduce stress. Therefore relaxing massage is useful both in states of physical fatigue - for example after prolonged sporting effort and mental fatigue - after a hard day at work or experiencing a stressful situation. It is a very gentle treatment, conducted in a calm atmosphere that allows the patient to break away from the problems and fully relax. What effects does a relaxing massage give you? In addition to the relaxation effect, a relaxing massage is beneficial to many aspects of the body's work: - enabling relieve pain - works well, after injuries, and supports, during rehabilitation after accidents, - improve metabolism - accelerating the process of burning unnecessary fat, - improve the blood supply to the body - ensuring the expansion of the capillaries and preventing the formation of venous thrombi, - stimulate the lymphatic system - helping to quickly remove toxins from the body and strengthening our immunity. How is a relaxing massage performed? Relaxing massage can take the form of a holistic massage - covering all parts of the body from the feet to the neck, or concentrating on one or several parts of the body - for example on the neck and back, legs or spine. There are many techniques that are used during this procedure. However, massages, gradually increasing pressure and tension, apply: - stroking - it usually starts and ends with a massage, acting relaxing and expanding, - kneading - improving the blood supply to tissues, - gentle rubbing - allowing to reduce swelling and deposits, - patting the edge of the hand or the whole hand - to stimulate blood circulation. Movements during this type of massage are smooth and slow - thanks to this, the massage gives the patient a chance to enter a state of relaxation. When should you opt for a relaxing massage? This treatment is recommended primarily to people who are struggling with: - insomnia, - chronic fatigue and a sense of lack of energy, - long-term stress, - feeling of muscle tension, - nervous hyperactivity. Properly carried out treatment will cleanse the mind and body and restore harmony and inner peace. Relaxing massage is a safe procedure and there are generally no contraindications to its use. Kobido - Japanese Lifting Massage

𝙒𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧? Do you feel like having a facelift but you are still reluctant? Esthetic surgery fears you a bit? The Kobido facial massage is what you need. Indeed, this Japanese technique produces a natural lifting effect without using any invasive method and without having an operation. Kobido word means “former path to beauty” and its roots can be found in Chinese traditional medicine. However, Kobido facial massage was really born years later in Japan, where samurais used to give themselves face massages to calm down their mind after intense battles. An empress realized one day that this massage gave them a brightening aspect and kept the idea for her. Even if we are not sure that this story is 100% true, Kobido facial massage is known since then as the empresses’ massage. This technique lies in a mix of fast and slow hands’ movements to improve the deep circulation of the face, neck and upper chest part. To massage with different speed levels is essential since it permits to destroy dead cells and to foment elastin and collagen production, both so useful for our skin health. Like that, it is possible to obtain a real rejuvenation effect: wrinkles are smoothed, volumes are restored and of course, skin is brighter. After the first session, you already can see some results which increase in the medium and long-term.

    Eyebrows Tint

What is eyebrow tinting? An eyebrow tint is a semi-permanent dye that darkens and defines your brow hairs (even those tiny, hard-to-see hairs that you might not even know are there) that can last up to four/ five weeks before fading. The tint shade is completely customized, the colour is mixed to match your coloring (which usually ends up being the same shade as your natural hair color, or half a shade to a full shade darker). It only takes five to ten minutes for the dye to work, before the technician (or you, at home) wipes it off, leaving you with instantly bolder, fuller-looking brows

    Permanent Brows - 1st Procedure

What are semi permanent eyebrows? Basically, it's semi-permanent makeup technique where individual hairs are drawn into the skin with a needle. The pigment is matched to your hair colour and colouring, and your ideal shape is essentially tattooed on, with lifelike hairs are drawn into your actual brows to fill them out. How long do semi permanent eyebrows last? Semi permanent tattoos and microblading generally last from 8 to 24 months, although depending on the individual it can last longer. From 12-15 months after your initial visit you can visit us for a colour boost appointment to maintain your eyebrow shape and give the colour a boost. How painful is semi permanent eyebrows? Although the procedure can take upward of 2 hours, most people report only feeling minor pressure or discomfort and less pain than a typical tattoo due to the use of a numbing cream. Of course, this will depend on your own personal tolerance to pain. Some level of pain or discomfort should be expected. Can you wear makeup after semi-permanent eyebrows? The most important part of enabling your skin to heal properly after you have had semi-permanent eyebrow treatment is keeping the area around your eyebrows clean and dry, which includes not using makeup. Generally, you should wait three weeks before applying makeup to the treated area. Semi Permanent Eyebrows Healing Stages. Total healing time: 3-4 weeks Days 1-3: Tenderness, swelling, redness and bruising. The pigment colour is dark. Days 3-12: Eyebrows will flake off, and the pigment will change in appearance. Days 12 onwards: The true colour of your semi permanent eyebrows will be revealed. Preparation For Your Eyebrow Treatment Do not drink alcohol 24 – 48 hours before your tattoo. Do not consume coffee before your procedure. Do not take any aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief (this thins the blood)

    Free Permanent Eyebrows Consultation

Make the most of your permanent makeup consultation with Ewa Rocko. Cosmetic tattooing is something you need to research in depth before going ahead. Most people will have a long list of questions to ask before committing to it. Once you have found a technician you trust and love the look of their work, it is easy to get carried away and just book for the next appointment they have available. For some people this is fine but others need a little more reassurance that permanent makeup is suited to them. Here at Elite Eyebrows we offer free consultations so you can be 100% certain when you go ahead with your procedure. Your consultation will take about 20 minutes. I will start with an overview of permanent makeup to cover all the basics and then I will ask what your desired look is, whether that is super natural, ultra glam or somewhere in between for the eyebrow tattooing. Once I have established a good idea of what results you would like I will explain what we can offer to achieve it and what will be best suited to your desired look and the canvas I am working on. Once techniques, colours and shapes have been discussed and drawn on and you are happy with everything, you can ask any questions that you feel haven’t been covered and this should put you totally at ease. If you would like to go ahead with the treatment you can book on the day and secure your deposit or if you would like more time to think you can do that over the ‘phone once you’re ready to do so. To book your free consultation please call, book on booksy, email or Contact us on social media… Ewa Rocko Elite Eyebrows 0857532408 to make an appointment.

PowderBrows By Jasmine - First Session

*What are Powder Brows? Powder brows is a cosmetic semi permanent makeup technique designed to create eyebrows with soft powder effect, very similar to powder makeup. Powder effect is done with a shading technique using a permanent makeup device, which is similar to a tattoo gun. When you get powdered brows, it’s recommended to return for a touch-up procedure 6-8 weeks after the original procedure. After that, the brows should last between one and three years. * Healing of Powder Brows The full healing process will take up to 4 weeks. Please do not expect your brows tattoos to heal perfectly after the first session, it is a process that takes time. It is important to be patient as during the 10 day healing process your bows will change and appear different day to day. Immediately after your procedure, your brows will appear darker and more defined which could last up to two weeks. Days four-five you make experience flaking or appearance of dryness. Please do not pick at your brows, but rather let this fall off naturally. If these flakes get picked off this could result in patchy brows or lead to scarring. Once the flaking has come off, your brows may appear faint in color due to the fresh layer of skin healing over the implanted pigment. Color will continue to change daily until the 4-week healing process is complete. * TIPS ON WHAT TO AVOID DURING THE HEALING PROCESS: * Do not expose brows to sun during the healing process * Do not run direct water on your brow tattoo. We want to avoid flushing out any pigment * Do not sweat excessively, use saunas, pools, or steam rooms for 10 days. The salt in your sweat may fade your brows or alter the color * pigment, this is especially important in the first few days after your appointment.  * Do not use Vaseline on your tattoo * Do not use any makeup, creams, or exfoliants (including retinol acids, AHA’s) for 10 days * Avoid getting massages, facials, or any skin treatments (light or laser therapy) as this may alter the color of the pigment.
