Olivia was 15 minutes late starting my appointment, didn’t say hi and barely apologised for the delay. Then when filing my nails, she cut my cuticle a...nd barely apologised again and just left it bleed and then later rubbed acetone straight into my cuticle. She made a slight error when doing the design on my nails and then blamed me saying I moved my hands and got very annoyed. Show more
