Hi Brendan, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delay and for the heating not being on today. It was an exceptionally busy day, with a very full schedule, and some appointments ran longer than expected, which unfortunately affected the timing. As you know, barbershops can occasionally run behind schedule, although we always do our best to respect each client’s appointment time — and we have consistently done so with you in the past. Today was an exception, and we truly regret the inconvenience. Regarding the heating, during the daytime we try to manage its usage carefully due to high energy costs, especially in February, which is a quieter month for business. We do this to ensure we can keep the shop running sustainably and continue providing quality service to our clients. On this occasion, however, we understand it impacted your comfort, and we apologise for that. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us improve our service.
