Abdominal disgusting service my appointment was for 9am the store wasn’t opened , I googled the store it stated it didn’t open untill 9::30 , I waited... untill 10:30 and the store still wasn’t open ! The make up was booked for my child’s baptism whole morning ruined, I will never ever book with you again also to mention when I booked the app they didn’t confirm it for weeks I had to go in the store and ask them to confirm it disgusting customer service

DISGRACEFUL! Appointment booked for 9 o clock wouldn’t confirm the appointment for days had to go into the shop and ask them to confirm, Went for my a...ppointment at 9 o clock and shop was closed no one to be seen!,Still waiting at 10 o clock and shop is still closed when the website says it’s open!

It was my first time having my makeup done in B-Perfect. The fabulous make-up artist Louise Kelly worked her magic. She was so friendly, professional ...and attentive to my requests. I felt comfortable and she made me feel and look gorgeous. I'm so grateful and will definitely be back. I'd highly recommend this lady.

Customer service was poor on arrival I was told they weren’t doing makeup today even though I had my appointment booked over a month ago, I got it don...e though after been asked who took the book twice and made to feel like an inconvenience. Although the girl that did my makeup was so nice, polite and professional and did a great job
