I’ve been getting massages from Emilyrose every week to every two weeks and take yoga classes from her as well. I have had significant back neck and ...shoulder pain for years and the pain has lessened to the point that I am pain free most of the time. I’m more relaxed in general and find that the combination of class and regular massages has changed the way I move day to day, my energy levels, my sleep and the way I manage day to day stress! I had a superb massage at Kawa Wellness. Emilyrose is knowledgable and highly skilled; she gave me a beautiful massage. She also paid careful and cap...able attention to my specific issues and needs. More than that, she is a compassionate listener and has a mindful and holistic approach. My sleep has improved noticeably since the massage. The treatment room is the most beautiful and charming I have ever seen - and the location is enchanting…who knew there was such an idyllic and peaceful setting minutes from city centre? Show more

Amazing atmosphere, yoga with a view of the beautiful Tramore sea waves, couldn’t get more scenic than that! Emilyrose is such a great teacher who exp...lains everything and ensures everyone is comfortable. She also goes around to ensure we are all doing certain positions correctly and helps to correct us if we aren’t. At the end she did some mini myofacial release massage on us all as we were winding down which was just the biggest bonus! 100% worth every penny and would recommend xxx Show more
