I had such a wonderful experience today! Brilliant job with my haircut – it feels fresh and exactly what I wanted. Veronica also took the time to crea...te a thoughtful treatment plan for my damaged hair, explaining everything clearly and recommending the best care for me going forward. I get nanoplastia treatments along with regular maintenance, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My hair has never been healthier—shiny, smooth, and free of split ends or breakage. Before my hair had severe chemical damage. What truly sets Veronica and Tatiana apart is not just their expertise but also their product recommendations. I had tried nearly every well-known brand on the market before, but nothing ever came close to the results I’ve achieved with the products they introduced me to. Spotlessly clean salon , language barrier is a down fail , all speaking in their own language, felt uncomfortable as lady doing hair never spoke a wor...d , needed direction from another member of staff possibly manager or owner , didn't ask if water was correct temperature, would I like tea or coffee or even a magazine to read ,chair position was to high no foot bar , feet dangling in air , on booking appointment subtotal was €40 but charged €45, when I questioned it was told site states €40+ . Very happy with hair cut just feel it could be a more welcoming atmosphere and as I've said did feel uncomfortable at the lack of engagement. Dear Lorraine We would like to clarify the situation mentioned in your review. Because we can see you keep editing every day your review .You came to the salon for a bleaching and toning service, but during the process, you received an urgent call and asked us to speed things up. We explained that we couldn’t keep the bleach on your hair for the recommended time because of your need to leave quickly. However, we toned your hair to neutralize the yellow, which resulted in a temporary lighter, purple -blue tone. Although you left the salon satisfied, the next day you left a negative review without contacting us first to address the issue. We remind you that we offered to redo the service for free, and the review could have been updated based on the new result. Instead, you chose to go to another salon and are now requesting a refund. We believe it’s unfair to request a refund without giving us the chance to correct the service. We also have video and photos showing your hair looking good when you left and that you appeared satisfied with the result. We were open to resolving the matter with you, but we cannot offer a refund for a properly performed service. Thank you for your understanding.
