Shannon is excellent at what she does. However, the salon was overbooked this time, and appointments overlapped with limited space for customers to wa...it. I feel that unless you have the 1st appointment of the morning booked, you will be kept waiting. There was confusion as to who's appointment was 1st, and if i hadn't spoken up, i would have been kept waiting longer than the 20 minutes my appointment had already been delayed. Unfortunately i don't think i will return it's a pity as it is very conveniently located. Show more
