I have done the Thursday guided meditation classes with Ber where she uses sound bowls and other tools to relax the body and help with healing. I have... also gone to Kinesiology sessions with Ber for my rheumatoid arthriris where she tests muscles for emotional, chemical or biological imbalances and suggests treatments or supplements to help bring the body back into balance. “ Back pain” Bernice was recommended to me by a friend that had been suffering with back pain. I had an issue with my lower back for a number of years... that would flare up and then the pain would die away again but I had got used to it and just got on with it.i had attended physiotherapy and would get relief by doing the recomended stretches for days on end. More recently it really flared up to the extent I would have to stop suddenly while walking and grab a wall. I knew nothing about “kinesiology” but was willing to give it a go. Just over a week ago I had a session with Bernice. All I can say is my back pain is gone also my knee pain is gone that I also got used to as well. I would highly recommend Bernice’s treatment to anybody suffering with pain. 5 Stars 🌟 Show more

I have been going to Bernice for quite some time but when I heard she was doing kinesiology and healing bowl therapy, I was intrigued straight away to... find out the benefits from it. She has change me in a way I never taught I'd get back to. It was a weird experience at first seeing your body all out of alignment but then seeing it head back into alignment after Ber made quite an experience. She has cleared my past life trauma that has been eatting me up for years. I did one session yesterday which was going through all my body parts and it was crazy how much you instantly feel the effect from it. If all has failed you please give Ber a message and just try it out to see for yourself. You will leave her on a high and it's not even just that but it's abit of a therapy session too. You can really feel such beautiful energy from her instantly and the level of trust is exquisite and she makes you feel like home. Thank you for helping and guiding in me in the right direction.
