I’m not one to leave bad reviews as I think it can be extremely damaging for small businesses. When I booked with the white room hairdressers I seen t...hey offered hair extensions treatments so I booked in thinking I would be in safe trusted hands for a wash and blow dry as I have 4 packets of tape extensions in my hair. When I arrived in the salon it was spotless and the staff were lovely I can’t fault them on that. However when the stylist began washing my hair I’ve never experienced someone being so rough with my hair ever before, she was so rough to the extent I could feel my hair extensions breaking and snapping on my head. The other stylist had to step in during the wash and correct her but this didn’t seem to help at all. When my hair was fully dry and I had left the salon I got back to my car and checked my hair to find multiple of my tapes are now hanging off or my natural hair attached to the tapes have been damaged or broken. This is extremely disappointing and upsetting as anyone who gets hair extensions understands how much money and cost go into maintaining them, they aren’t cheap but to have them destroyed by a professional hair salon is horrible.
