Thank you for your feedback Margaret, however we did not cancel last minute, we called to offer you an earlier appointment due to unexpected scheduling of our water supply being shut off in the evening for maintenance. We offered you an alternative time, an alternative day and offered our apologies. Unfortunately these offers did not suit your schedule. We have never, and would never, cancel any appointments with little notice and have always went above and beyond to accommodate our clients.
