Showed up for my appointment and got a new lad. Very young with little experience. Nice fella, but he butchered my hair. 30 euro for a hair and beard ...trim, barely touched my beard, I asked for a 1 with the razor and it's more of a 3. He also took a big chunk out of the back of my head. I'm all for giving new young lads a chance but shouldn't charge full price for trainee haircuts. Show more

I’ve been coming here for over a year and the team has always been great. On my last visit, I got a cut from someone new and it wasn’t quite up to the... usual standard, which left me a bit disappointed at the time. However, Craig reached out personally, apologised, and offered to make it right. That kind of customer care really means a lot. I’ll definitely give it another go and book with Craig next time.
