Appointment was changed twice one of the times being the day before my event. It's not ideal when I have other appointments . She said it's because sh...e isn't working late but I think appointments shouldn’t be up in the first place if that’s the case. People booking times and she confirms on the app and then changes the time 4 hours off what you booked. With the two changes I was already a bit anxious especially as it was for my 30th. Then to receive a message the morning of to say it was cancelled because she is sick. I get it these things happen but the two appointment changes made me just think that she just really didn't want to work this day. Also doesn't help that she was out the night before. She offered another appointment with abbey but I couldn’t make the appointment time offered because of other appointments I'd committed to and paid deposits for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using her service for important events and would go elsewhere Show more

Hi Laura thank you for your review. I’m sorry you had this experience as I said in a msg privately you had booked for an evening app and I changed you till earlier because I had a family event that evening but it then was cancelled so I changed you back so that it would suit you. Unfortunately I suffer with my kidney and have on going UTI’s / kidney infections that im trying to get to the bottom of cancelling on clients is really stressful as I never intentionally want to do. I didn’t leave you stuck I had someone else to cover you but it didn’t suit I did offer tho. You never mentioned your frustration in private message. I think you should be mindful when telling clients to not come here as I have done plenty of ladies for special occasions and they where very pleased as you can see in positive reviews. I’m sorry I couldn’t do yours and totally understand your disappointment.

Arrived on time for my appointment to find the shop closed, texted about 10 minutes later wondering why the shop was shut, was very apologetic but tol...d me that she doesn’t work on Tuesday. Bad show as the appointment was confirmed and can still book appointments for Tuesday on the app. Show more
