Left waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time - I understand this happens. I was seated between many other customers - all of which were offered a... coffee or water. I was not offered anything until the very end of my appointment when I was about to leave. Really unimpressed with this. I asked for a polish with French tips. The tips are wonky and my nails are textured with hair / streaks and dirt mixed in. I am really unimpressed with this service and would like a solution. Picture doesn’t do the issue justice. I have been coming here for 2 years, I am very happy most of the the times. Unfortunately, my last set started to peel off after 2 weeks, which has ne...ver happened before. and now had to ask several times to make the shape straight. Some nails also have some dents. Show more
