Full Spa + Shellac

Really disappointing experience. Booked in for a full spa pedicure with acrylic refill but the add on was missed. I queried it and front of house said... the add on I wanted wasn’t necessary. It was a refill so it was necessary. Half way through my pedicure I was left for about 30 mins as I had to wait for a different tech to finish the acrylic add on as the original tech couldn’t do acrylic which I presume was the real reason I was told it wasn’t necessary. The end result was good but the experience was terrible due to front of house rudeness. Unfortunately, not my first bad experience at Sandy and although the result ends up fine, it isn’t worth being treated poorly so I’ll be looking for a new salon. Show more
