Making an appointment means accept the ...rules . GENERAL RULES ➡️ Salon Opening Hours: Monday - CLOSED Tuesday - 6pm to 10pm Wednesday - 4pm to 10pm Thursday - 6pm to 10pm Friday - 4pm to 10pm Saturday - 10am to 8pm Sunday - 10am to 8pm ➡️ In the SALON, payment for the TREATMENT performed is possible only in cash. CLIENTS ➡️ The TREATMENT may be advantageously allowed by minors, over 16 years of age, with the consent of the legal guardian in writing / or, for example, in the presence of the guardian. ➡️ There is no waiting room / children's corner in the Salon, therefore the client is asked to come without accompanying persons. ➡️ Customers are responsible for any damage to the SALON equipment caused by customers or minors under their care. RESERVATIONS ➡ You have to make an appointment yourself at phone number or by sending a message 📩 (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) I will not making appointments by third parties / friends. ➡ If you are sure that you cannot appear at your appointment, please inform as soon as possible 48-24 hours before the planned visit. With the right amount of time, someone else will use your date of visit. If someone canceled an appointment on the same day that they have it and wants to reschedule They will have to pay 50% from the last visit 😁 ➡️ People who will not come for a visit, without letting me know - will have to pay 50% of their last appointment that they made - if they want to make another appointment. Of course there are emergency situations. I'm fully aware of this, that things could happend... In that case, it is understandable. ➡️❗️ Delays over 15 minutes may result in refusal to perform the TREATMENT, performance of the service with shortening or omitting certain stages of work or not performing decorations. Despite the shortening of the working time, the price for the TREATMENT will not be reduced❗️ ➡️When making an appointment, please inform me about French styling or decorations such as ombre or hand-painted patterns. If there is no such annotation when You making appointment, the pattern will be laborious and could cause delays in working with the next client, the decoration will not be made. SALON ➡️ If the visit is canceled due to the fault of the SALON less than 24 hours before the agreed date, the customer has the right to book the next free date, first within no more than 7 days from the original visit. ➡️ There is a 5-day warranty for the TREATMENT, free repair does not apply to mechanical damage caused by the customer's fault. After this time, the repair is payable. The repair is possible at the fastest free time indicated by the stylist, but not longer than 48 hours from the notification.
