Been going for years however the last few times the lack of care for quiet to relax by therapists is frustrating. This time it was full volume and not... even an attempt to be quiet. The rooms are open at top and here everything. Especially when they are not working on clients. Phone calls taken in middle of treatment. Grace is great and allows you to relax but other therapists should converse outside. If it happens again I wont be back. I was really upset this time as it was on verge of shouting. Show more

I specifically booked a 90 minute massage with Manee. I always request manee only and when she’s not available I would rather wait until she is. So I ...booked online in advance for a massage with manee. When I arrived manee was there but after I was in the massage room, undressed & on the bed she sent another colleague in instead who gave a terrible massage. It was so bad I actually stopped half way through and wanted to leave. I was just frustrated that I specifically booked manee and had I known she was unavailable I would of cancelled it was as simple as that. I felt the behaviour was sneaky making me go into the room & undress to then tell me she was feeling unwell and her colleague would do the massage instead. Not good enough especially when I’m paying child minders and making this time available in my own busy schedule. Show more

Excellent massage treatment, really helps relieve a lot of tension and pain. The treatment is deep pressure but you can ask to ease off if it’s too mu...ch. The hot oil treatment is fab! I slept wonderful afterwards. Show more
