Hi Sharon. Thank you for the review. We do "Free" over the phone and WhatsApp consultations. You book in online by yourself and choose to come for a consultation to see if you were suitable for treatment. Unfortunately it would not be safe or good practice to do treatment on you. This is not our fault. I hope the staff were nice and friendly. This review would turn people against booking with us but please be adviced we do FREE consultations.
