Im sorry to see that review as I try my best to contact my clients. Unfortunately it was the wrong number put on Booksy . Which was fixed straight away. Also I sent a message back after my days work which I apologise for no contact . As a professional I try to contact my clients after work , not during lash appointments to not disturb my clients precious time. In the message I also said that I can do Your daughters lashes the next day even the same time. I didn't expect any money for not showing up , I even apologise that You couldn't contact with me even at the end that's it's actually that You weren't able to come that day . Instead of that I had no reply back , only bad review. I am a busy lash artists and I am working hard to do my best. It's hard to see that someone putting a bad review and affect someone elses business even if You were going to cancel in the end.
