I had an appointment booked for 3:30 09 April, I arrived at 3:25 and I was asked if I had an appointment and I said I did. The 4 seats were currently ...in use, so I sat and waited. 5 people walked in after me, nobody asked if they had appointments. A chair became available around 3:40 and a walk in was taken instead. I sat and waited until 3:50 I still wasn’t acknowledged that I was skipped so I cancelled my appointment and left. What is the point in having a booking system when walk ins are prioritised. I will not be returning and I will be highly recommending people to stay away if this is how this nail bar is run. Show more

Really disappointed with my experience today the guy who was doing my nails hurt me in afew occasions kept laughing and shaking his head when i pulled... away from him as it hurt filed my skin now my nail didnt do my cuticles left the skin on around the nail area not a pleasant experience i have been doing to you for years and never once had a problem waste of e35 and my time.
