I travelled quite a distance for my appointment with Kim, only to find she was overbooked. Another technician started my nails until Kim was available..., which wasn’t what I had booked. Communication was poor, and the quality of the BIAB wasn’t great. Overall, a disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend. Show more
