11/9/24 - This was my first time visiting this place and I’m not quite sure if I will return. 1.) I booked with a highly recommended nail tech and s...he got switched out to service another customer less than half way through my service. There was no explanation why. 2.) I requested days in advance of my appt. that my mani and pedi start at the same time so I could enjoy the recliner experience. My mani started mid way through my pedi (late) and they made me get up and switch to a regular chair (to finish my mani)…again no real explanation or acknowledgement, however Ive deduced it’s because the pedi ended and they needed the chair for someone else. I recommend not over booking pedis beyond available chairs since this place is still under gentle construction. When completed they will have more capacity and pedi chairs I believe. 3.) The aesthetic in the shop is beautiful and well thought out however the music was a bunch of vulgar rap music. It made the relaxation part of my experience obsolete given the vast amount of swear words and loudness of the music. I think spa, lofi beats, or some other type of neutral chill music would be more appropriate for the space. It’s gives upscale but the music really ruins it. 4.) My mani and pedi came out very well and the service was pretty good. I’m just not certain if I want to revisit given this is out of the way for me and my experience wasn’t really what they advertised and what I asked for. Updated 11/11 I changed my review to 4/5 stars based on the shop’s swift acknowledgment, apology, and resolution of the matter. Thanks! Show more
