This review is false lol. You booked on the 20th at 8 PM for a service for the 21st at 12 PM. you messaged me on the 20th from a different number then the number you booked with. When we were messaging you asked if I offered a wash and blow dry. I stated I do not offer a wash because I am home based after I messaged you. You never responded back. I texted you on the 21st at 8:13am with parking information and my address the message never went through. So I assumed you didn't want the appointment anymore since I could not reach you. I even emailed you as well and didn't get a response. You then texted me at 12 from a different number then the two we were messaging from saying you were here. So ofc your appointment was pushed back and I communicated that to you and even told you that I thought you weren't coming. but to say it was pushed back an hour was crazy because I told you to come upstairs at 12:30. As far as the price you got a style that was discounted because I was doing a special which was $120 for braids. You added on butt length not waist length which was plus $45, you then added on a blow dry service which was $30. We never had any conversation about the pay. You were in a hurry to leave and sent me the 195 via cashapp I was assuming you added a $20 tip to the 175 and didn’t ask any questions. But for you to literally lie on my business is crazy. Especially since I'm very professional and take pride in what I do I even offer a redo which you refused to do

Hello! I’m so sorry you felt this way about the service i provided. On my end I could've been more clearer about the situation, I don’t do small braids only smedium so I could understandld how you would feel about the hairstyle not being as full as you wanted! Hopefully we can come up with a solution to fix this! My customers are my always my priority!
