I started my journey with another loctician. After a bad ghosting experience I came across Lea Lea. Now, my ghosting experience was with someone who g...ot tired of answering my questions. I was new to the loc journey and there were some things I didn’t understand. She was kind. She took her time and answered all of my questions. I’ve been coming to Lea Lea for about a year now. She is not only an amazing loctician but she is beyond an amazing human being. Y’all..she gave me hope for the young generation. We have great insightful talks. She was 3 minutes late yesterday and was devastated. Lol!! THREE!! She confirms every appointment. She’s always on time. She’s SUPER knowledgeable about her craft. She’s amazing. OH and of course she’s always on point with my hair. She cares about her customers first so of course how she handles them and their hair is paramount. Don’t get left behind. She’s so amazing. Every part she did was clean; the hair seamlessly integrated with her natural hair; the co...lor match was flawless; every braid was uniform; very light handed.
