I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received from Tatyanna. I was charged for two hairstyles because the stylist didn't know how to do the f...irst style properly. My daughter wanted senegalese twist which were done incorrectly and started coming a loose the next day. We went back the next day to have the stylist fix her mistake and asked for individual braids since she couldn't do the first style correctly. I didn't want to risk her fixing the style that was done incorrectly in the first place and it messing up again. If I had known that I would be charged for the first style that was done incorrectly I would have went elsewhere. She also took all day and night doing my daughter's hair both days that we came. I was a long time client but I don't think I will be back again after this last experience. Show more

I am sorry you had that experience with Ty. I consulted with Ty she stated that she offered to correct the original style and gave you $65 off of that style. We don’t even offer Senegalese twists as a service only crochets or kinky twists. I hope that you consider booking with Braids by Paulette and chose a different stylist to accommodate your needs.
