Hello, I do not see your name in my booking system for having an appointment with me July 9th, I believe we spoke about rescheduling your appointment and you quite literally told me to not text you anymore and to “disregard your request to make an appointment’’ as I did so.

its unfortunately i didn't received a call back, but at the end i feel its ok because it gave me reason to not leave my fur baby their in their care, ...for a basic haircut is what i was hoping for my question to be answer before her schedule appt. I would advise the company to at least have someone answer there phone calls for easy questions to be answer so they wont have customers not arrive to their schedule appts. i will not be using there company only reason i made the appt because i was referred to them by friends. 1)Cancelled my appointment the day of 2)I was trying to contact her throughout the day waiting for a response for HOURS (even doubled texted) to see w...hen I could bring my dog in. No response at all until I sent her the paragraph of me deciding I would take my dog elsewhere because of her lack of professionalism. If you know you’re doing something and are busy that day, don’t have appointments available for that day, have that day off because it’s waste people’s time like mine. Now I have to find a last minute groomer thanks to this unfortunate case. Highly disappointed and unprofessional Show more

I’m sorry for your experience as I had a family emergency that needed my attention as soon as possible, I did offer multiple different appointments available as soon as tomorrow, I was in court and not able to respond as stated multiple times. I am still willing to provide an excellent haircut at an unheard of price for your standard poodle.

Second time taking my babies in and like the first time, I’m very happy with the results. Like most people, my schedule is typically packed, I appreci...ate the clear and consistent communication because it saves time and I can plan accordingly. The fact that I don’t have to wait a bunch of hours between drop off and pickup is also a major plus. One of my babies had a cut and given the limitation he was still groomed just like I asked. Highly recommend, we will be back! Show more
