💥WELCOME PLEASE STOP & READ BEFORE BOOKING💥 🚨 🚨Please note that making an appointment and confirming your appointment you are agreeing to all rules and policies put in place. In fairness to everyone that books the policy is the same NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICIES WILL BE MADE, NO REFUNDS APPLIES TO ALL SITUATIONS. ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE MADE & MADE PRIORITY IF RESCHEDULING HAPPENS. Deposits are required for every appointment set. To keep the schedule accurate, open for clients & to respect each other’s time. Deposits apply to the cost of your style. Unfortunately if a deposit is not paid within 2 hours of booking your appointment will be canceled. (Unless you contacted me to discuss something different) Deposit amounts are determined style. Deposits & balances paid go towards your service and they are non refundable for any reason under any circumstances. Deposits and balances are not transferable under any circumstances to any other service not in the same category from the service booked. Rescheduling requires a new deposit and that will apply to your services. The first deposit does not. If a client reschedules a new deposit is required. If I reschedule the client will get a discount on services and priority rebooking but no refund will be given. All monies including deposits & balance of service will go towards your rescheduled appointment. Although deposits or any balance payments are not refundable no exceptions, if any unforeseen circumstances arise and I need to reschedule/change the time or date of your appointment I will get you rescheduled as soon as possible in the next available appointment. No refunds will be given. If I am not able to get you rescheduled within 30 days then half of your paid monies will go towards a new appointment of the same/similar services within 60 days of the canceled or rescheduled appointment by me. 🚨Clients that provide your own hair🚨 I need to have the hair for prep no later than 3pm the day before your appointment for prep. If you are getting hair colored I need the color(picture or actual color) and the hair by 3pm the day before the appointment! This is very important so that I have ample time to color and prep hair for the appointment. The no refund policy applies No refunds will be given. There is no cancellation policy but discounts and reasonable accommodation will be made for rescheduling. 🚨The remaining balance for base services for microloc/sisterlocs & loc extensions are due by noon my time 5 (or as instructed in your instructions message )days before your appointment or by noon 7 (or as instructed in your instructions message) days before your appointment for payment plans. If the remaining balance is over $800 or getting extensions it is due 4 days before by 12pm. Monday appointments bal due on Friday, Tuesday on Sat & Wed app bal is due on Sunday by noon. As I am human I understand things happen, with that said I will make it my point to communicate what is going on on my end if anything does happen and my eta. I ask that the client does the same. If I am late I will provide a discount. If the client is late 15 mins there will be a $25 late fee. If the client is late more than 20 mins the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a $50 fee will apply. No refund will be given but all monies will apply to the new appointment. If any further customer rescheduling happens after the first reschedule the deposit policy applies. Start times may vary based on the time I leave the night before but no later than a 4 hour difference but it will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties which will become the new start time. I will try my very best to stick to the schedule as it is laid out but as I will respect each situation that may arise with you as a customer I ask that I am given the same respect. I am a human so please understand life happens to us all which is why I try to be understanding and compassionate I just ask that same courtesy is extended to me. Please arrive no more than 10 mins before your appointm
