The experience from getting my haircut in this barbershop was amazing from start to finish. First of all let me begin by saying that the facility was ...extra neat and very jaw dropping as everything has bright colors and is brand new. Secondly the staff was amazing!! Vizcaíno takes it to a whole different level when it comes to diversity representation and customer service! Finally the wait times are incredibly low as all chair were filled with professional barbers who were at all time ready to take in walk-ins ! 10/10 experience… its a must to get your hair cut here at least once! To many kids hanging out. Need experienced barbers. Currently the ones place are way to young and do not know how to cut hair. Feels like a barber sch...ool. Recommend to go platinum down the street older more experienced barbers guys that been around awhile and know what they are doing and pay attention to the details. This kid spent a half hour on one side of my head. What really killed me is that he was lining me up and working on the fade before he cut down the top like I asked him to. Simple number on top. Dude was all over the place. Never again. The hair cut was horrible Show more

Hey Will! I appreciate you coming in for your appointment and trying out all the barbers here for this accurate review! If you'd like for your next appointment I will empty out the barbershop so there are no "kids" around while you get your cut! Although 5/7 people in the barbershop at the time of your appointment were barbers. If we aren't your cup of tea there are no hard feelings! Our neighbors Platinum Fades are very talented and do a great job as well! Just remember no barber started off experienced from the beginning & you cannot guess a barber's experience based off looks! Just this time please dont ask us to be done within 15 min after your haircut starts, if you booked an hour slot, thats the expected time to give you the best possible service. Your haircut was 35 minutes long according to our cctv footage, and every barber has his own method in cutting hair. Thanks again Will! Hope to see you soon
