During my appointment i was o...ffered snack, wine, had a big ass TV to watch and I also was in and out of her chair fairly quickly (natural braid style). As soon as I sat down, I asked Courtney to help with some buildup in my locs that occ...urred while trying to locate a new loc stylist after moving and she immediately helped me pinpoint the real issue (lint 😫) and was very diligent in removal. I also shared that I was tender-headed and wanted a “fun professional” style and she nailed the crisp retwist and a super cute style without any pain.
