I had high hopes for my first appointment with Samuel, which I booked through the Booksy app. The appointment was confirmed, and I arrived five minute...s early, checked in, and waited. After 15 minutes with no word from Samuel, it became clear that he wasn’t just running late—he wasn’t going to show up at all. Not a single call or message to explain, which I found incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, there’s a $20 fee to cancel, but Samuel should owe me $20 for his no-show. I can’t recommend him as a barber, as this level of disregard for clients is unacceptable. Fortunately, there was another barber on-site who was professional, attentive, and hospitable, saving the day. I highly recommend Samuel receives coaching to improve his professionalism and customer service. Show more
