I was very disappointed. Arrived and the store was locked I called number several times no one picked. I de t a text she responded that she didn’t ha...ve any appointment. I sent a screen shot showing the appointment confirmation. Response was: No deposit, No appointment. I explained that it was not written on the booking page that a deposit was needed. I also called the salon previously to ask if anything else was needed. I got no response so I dropped a message. Long story is that the stylist never showed up or care about my inconvenience. I will not be using this unreliable service again Show more
