They did a really good job on my hair and I am happy with the results . I have thick natural hair and they were able to lay that bad boy down ! Absolutely not. I would never go to this lady or shop again. Horrible. They don’t know how to braid thick hair. The lady tried to make me pay $70 for ...4 braids and told me that 4 braids wouldn’t look right on my head and that she wasn’t doing 4 braids, but I could get 6 instead—like, excuse me, lol? She was rushing while working on my hair, my parts were very crooked, and the braids were uneven. She tried to blame it on my hair being very thick, saying that 4 braids wouldn’t look right. An absolute lie. After the third braid, I asked her to stop and if she could take it down. She insisted that I pay her for 2 braids, and I was confused about why I should pay if she took them down. This place has no talent, and they are money-hungry. However, I did get my hair done at a shop in Houston an hour later after leaving SORAS. I went to a shop called Grace and Glam in Houston, Texas, and when I say Ms. Grace handled my hair with so much care! I explained the previous situation to her, and she said the lady was just lazy and didn’t want to do my hair, which was fine. But I got 4 braids from Ms. Grace at Grace and Glam Braiding, and I must say, they were AMAZING. Please take your money elsewhere and not here. Show more
