I did not have a good experience from the beginning but I like to give people a chance. I booked her for today at 8:30am, when I asked for her address..., she then asked if I can come at 9:30am and for my inconvenience, she would take 5.00 off. She did halfway my hair, then told me that I needed hair, I had no problem to go get it, then she asked me can I purchase a pack of hair which was a 11.00 and I told her that I would take it out the money that I owed her and she said that was fine. I Zelled her remaining payment before she finished my hair, then she told that I owed her additional 30.00. I then told her that she is over charging me by 30.00 and that is unethical and we even go to the same church and she didn’t even care. I have learned that even the people in church ain’t shit. Ms. Altidor, I am so sorry that you did not have a great experience. I do want to point out that you did book a “Retwist and style” which is for the styling of your locs only. Then you proceeded to change your request the morning of your appointment to adding hair to your style, which is an up-charge, I told you that the price was “$125” i never said the deposit was included in that total. I proceeded to give you $5 off plus the $11 from the hair. I offer the service you requested, which is $190 hair included, since i did not provide the hair you were charged $160. I apologize for any inconvenience and miscommunication, Be blessed.
